Welcome!

I am a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at the Vancouver School of Economics, University of British Columbia. I am an economist with research interests in health economics, labour economics, industrial organisation, and applied microeconomics. My work examines how physician payment affects access to care, care modality, and social welfare.

In other work, I study the quality of virtual care and its effect on prescription decisions and health outcomes. I also have ongoing work on the expansion of contraceptive access and opioid overdoses.

Before UBC, I received my M.A. and B.A. in Economics from Hitotsubashi University.
